President John Dramani Mahama has directed the immediate dissolution of the governing boards of nine prominent State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and statutory agencies.
The official directive, issued on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, by the Spokesperson to the President and Minister for Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, instructs sector ministers to execute the dissolution and oversee operations until the boards are reconstituted.

b. Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST)
c. Volta Aluminium Company Limited (VALCO)
d. Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited (CBG)
e. Ghana Post Company Limited
f. Road Maintenance Trust Fund
g. TDC Ghana Limited
h. Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC)
i. National Sports Authority (NSA)
